In order to achieve proper skin restoration Aloe Vera has to be applied every day or multiple times a day. The area of your body that is dry, will respond according to how often Aloe has been applied to it. If it is the face, then Aloe Vera should be applied at least two times a day, morning & night and skin conditions should recover within a few weeks. I use it everyday, why don’t you.

One of the best things for healthy hair is an invigorating scalp scrub and a natural homemade scrub is even better. Exfoliation helps to remove dead skin cells and product build up. Once a week, I suggest you exfoliate your scalp, using something grainy in your scrub like sugar, ground almonds or oats. Applying the scrub once a week will refresh your scalp, while providing the necessary vitamins and minerals to the scalp.
Ground Almonds
2 tbsp Ground almonds
2 tbsp Sweet almond oil
Squeeze lemon
Sugar
2 tbsp brown sugar
2 tbsp jojoba oil
3-5 drops tea tree oil
Oats
2 tbsp Oats
1 tbsp honey
1 tsp sugar
2 tbsp rosemary leaf oil
3 drops basil/chamomile essential oil
Rinse Scalp with cool water
Ever thought of using cinnamon as a scalp cleanser – it exfoliates, bringing blood to the scalp, and along with it, oxygen to nourish the hair follicles. I mix 2 tbsp. honey, 1 tbsp. olive oil and enough cinnamon powder to make a paste. I massage in and leave for about 15 minutes and then wash off.

Shot Of Wheatgrass
If you have never had wheatgrass juice before, be prepared. What can I say…It taste like concentrated grass. The taste is not great and it has the same smell as when you mow the lawn, that smell is the taste, but more intense, so just be prepared and swallow quickly. However drink it…It is incredible and it has endless benefits;
It increases red blood-cell count and lowers blood pressure
It cleanses the blood, organs and gastrointestinal tract of debris
It stimulates metabolism and the body’s enzyme systems by enriching the blood.
Stimulates the thyroid gland, correcting obesity and indigestion
Restores alkalinity to the blood.
It can be used to relieve many internal pains
Has been used successfully to treat complaints of the gastrointestinal tract
Is a very powerful detoxifier, and liver and blood protector
It strengthens our cells, detoxifies the liver and bloodstream
Recent studies show that wheatgrass juice has a powerful ability to fight tumors without the usual toxicity of drugs that also inhibit cell-destroying agents
DO NOT COOK IT…We can only get the benefits found in grass by eating it uncooked. Cooking destroys 100 percent of the enzymes in food.

You will either LOVE IT or HATE IT…
I actually started drinking this green smoothie about four weeks ago now, every morning or every other morning and its amazing. I feel like this drink is healing my body on so many levels and I do not even like celery, so for me it was not the best tasting smoothie in the world, but after a while it grew on me and now I find it quite tasty. Then I found out things about these vegetables I never knew, for example;
Celery can help reduce arthritis and rheumatism pain, it has anti-inflammatory, anti-oxidant properties and it is a great source of Vitamin C
Cucumber can help control eczema break outs
Ginger can be used to relieve nausea
Parsley is full of B Vitamins
Cilantro balances hormones and can be used to treat PMS & cramping
Lemons alleviate arthritis pain and cleanse the liver

Papaya - papaya oil is great at penetrating the skin and moisturizing the skin. I also put papaya oil in my hair conditioner from time to time along with other oils. I leave it on for 15-20 minutes then rinse.
Avocado - avocados have received a well-earned reputation for keeping skin looking young and fresh. They have excellent moisturizing abilities and for many years now, people have used avocados as a natural facial treatment. Try mashing an avocado and mixing it with a little milk/yogurt and apply it to your face, leave it on for 10 minutes, then rinse it off with lots of water.
Cocoa - Pure Cocoa doesn’t contain any harsh chemicals and additives like other skin products. Cocoa butter lubricates and protects the skin and also helps to fade scars and stretch marks. It is a well-known remedy that has been used for decades. It is a natural, organic moisturizer and is mainly used to prevent dry skin and to keep the skin soft and radiant.
Passion fruit; passion fruit is a tropical fruit with a number of health and skin benefits not just a yummy taste. Passion fruit is rich in vitamin C, calcium, phosphorus and has a high content of essential fatty acids. It is a light, non greasy oil I use on my face to nourish my skin and it also maintains dry, brittle hair during the winter. Passion fruit oil also encourages healthy hair growth and is highly recommended in scalp, hair and skin care products.

Quick & Easy Natural Scrubs….
Natural homemade scrubs are great at moisturizing, cleansing and removing dead skin cells. When you are younger and your body is still new, your skin cells turnover every seven days and new cells are born and the dead cells shed easily, normally during a bath and the cycle continues. However as you get older and your skin begins to age the process slows down and more skin layers build up on your face and body and too many of these layers become stubborn, firm and basically cement together and what used to be enough is no longer enough to set the dead skin cells free. So with out regular exfoliating the new and healthy cells become trapped underneath the olds ones with all the dirt and oil. This can leave you with acne, dullness and an uneven skin tone. However regular exfoliation can improve your skins tone, clarity and leave you with clearer pores and a glowing complexion. Remember daily scrubs are a bad idea and masks and peels work better after the skin has been exfoliated.
Moisturizing body scrub;
Shea butter, honey, sweet almond oil, sugars, argan oil
Citrus cleansing body scrub;
Shea butter, sea salt, lemon, grapefruit, olive oil
Cocoa body scrub;
Cocoa butter, honey, apricot kernal oil, light brown sugar, grape seed oil
Dead scrub;
Avocado butter, Vit E, Salt, soybean oil, mint, peppermint oil, baobab seeds
Pumpkin Foot Scrub;
Pumpkin, almond oil, light sugars, lemon, ground almonds/coffee
Gentle Face Scrub;
1 tbsp. Olive oil, 1 tsp.. honey, 1/4 cup yogurt, 2 tsp. salt
